- ** Your Role **:The National Sea Logistics Customer Care is in charge of management and continuously optimize customer care locations in order to deliver the best customer care experience. In addition, has to functionally manage the Field Sales team supporting on the strategy and business
- ** Your Responsibilities**:

- Provide leadership, direction and development to the customer care team
- Design and implement customer care strategy
- Collaborate with the national sea logistics management and sea logistics operation care
- Drive new business
- Understand customer needs, support implementation and maintenance, always aiming for continuous improvement
- Visit current and potential new customers
- Support business growth within the customer

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- University Degree in ADM, COMEX, IR or alike
- Leadership experience
- Commercial experience, at least 5 years
- Fluent English skills
- Spanish basic knowledge will be a differential
