Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Support Agent (German and English) at EverHelp by Genesis. The Customer Support Agent will handle daily customer inquiries, provide exceptional customer satisfaction, and troubleshoot issues. The agent will communicate effectively in both German and English to deliver top-notch customer support and service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Communication skills in both German and English
- Experience in Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is beneficial
