Resumen del rol:

El Partnership Executive Senior tendrá como objetivo principal identificar, desarrollar, negociar y formalizar alianzas estratégicas comerciales para Coru.

Será responsable de todo el ciclo de alianzas: desde la prospección y evaluación de oportunidades, pasando por la negociación y el cierre, hasta el seguimiento y optimización de las relaciones con socios estratégicos.

Este rol es clave para acelerar el crecimiento de Coru a través de asociaciones que generen valor mutuo y sostenible, por lo que requiere experiencia senior en la gestión y cierre de alianzas complejas y visión estratégica.

Responsabilidades clave:

- Identificar, calificar y acercarse a potenciales aliados estratégicos para Coru;
- Comprender los objetivos de negocio de cada aliado para diseñar propuestas de colaboración efectivas;
- Liderar el ciclo completo de alianzas: prospección, negociación, estructuración, formalización y seguimiento post-firma;
- Desarrollar nuevas alianzas y optimizar las existentes para maximizar su valor;
- Gestionar y reportar el pipeline de alianzas, asegurando visibilidad y priorización de oportunidades;
- Mantenerse actualizado/a sobre tendencias del sector, oportunidades del ecosistema y movimientos de competidores;
- Proponer y liderar iniciativas internas para mejorar los procesos de alianzas estratégicas.

Factores Clave:

- Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en desarrollo de negocios, alianzas estratégicas o roles comerciales similares en procesos consultivos y complejos;
- Residencia en Ciudad de México (México) o São Paulo (Brasil);
- Español y portugués fluido (ambos idiomas son imprescindibles);
- Dominio de herramientas CRM como Hubspot para gestión y análisis de portafolio de aliados;
- Conocimiento de journeys digitales (en adquisición y engagement);
- Experiencia con productos digitales, integraciones y tecnologías aliadas;
- Experiencia previa en startups o entornos de rápido aprendizaje y constante cambio;
- Sólidas habilidades de negociación, persuasión y relación interpersonal;

Deseable: conocimiento del sector o la industria financiera.
