The Impact You'll Make The Customer Service Representative acts as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, ensuring that all needs and expectations are met with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism. This role manages inbound calls and emails related to orders, shipping dates, changes, returns (RMA), and issue resolution. The representative works closely with cross‑functional teams—including Sales, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Product Management—to deliver timely solutions, maintain strong customer relationships, and support seamless order processing from entry to delivery. This is a fully onsite position at our facility in Brazil.
