Vaga: Business Development Manager (BDM) – Tagarela Intercâmbios Local: São Paulo (SP)Modelo de trabalho: Híbrido Remuneração: R$ 8.000 (salário inicial) + benefícios + comissão Carga horária: 30h semanais – Segunda a sexta, das 10h às 16h30A Tagarela Intercâmbios está em busca de um(a)Business Development Manager experiente, dinâmico(a) e altamente proativo(a) para impulsionar o crescimento da empresa por meio de parcerias estratégicas, expansão de produtos e fortalecimento dos agreements com instituições educacionais no Brasil e no exterior. Responsabilidades Gestão de Parcerias & Agreements Manter, fortalecer e acompanhar agreements existentes com escolas e parceiros. Garantir as melhores condições comerciais, com foco em negociações estratégicas. Prospecção & Expansão Captação presencial de novas parcerias em: Escolas de idiomas Escolas de ensino médio Instituições públicas e privadas Participar de reuniões externas e representar a Tagarela em eventos. Desenvolvimento de Produtos Desenvolver e ampliar os produtos: High School Cursos de curta duração Portfólio Europa Pesquisar tendências e estruturar novas ofertas com foco em competitividade. Performance & Estratégia Trabalhar com metas ambiciosas e acompanhamento via KPIs. Elaborar análises de mercado e identificar oportunidades de crescimento. Requisitos Residência em São Paulo (capital) . Inglês avançado (leitura, escrita e conversação). 5+ anos de experiência no mercado de intercâmbio/educação internacional. Conhecimento sólido do mercado multi-destino . Perfil proativo , excelente comunicação e foco em metas. Experiência com captação presencial e desenvolvimento de produtos. Disponibilidade para visitas externas regulares.
