About This Role

The Corporate Development Director is responsible for leading middle-market development and management at Willis Towers Watson. This role focuses on delivering exceptional services, driving business growth, and ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Strategize new business placement, renewals, and alterations of existing coverage to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the market.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth.

About You

We're looking for a highly skilled professional with experience in business development and client relationship management. You will have a strong understanding of the market and be able to identify opportunities for growth. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for career advancement.
