Technical Support Lead

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the integration of human expertise and AI to elevate customer support. This involves analyzing complex tickets escalated by AI systems, applying human expertise to areas where AI falls short, and then closing the gap by improving the AI system.

You will also be expected to ramp up on several products within the first month, which may require some time and effort to get familiar with the new tools and technologies.
