About the Role">

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing partnerships with restaurants willing to collaborate with us through efficient scheduling and in-person visits, negotiating cooperation agreements.

  • You will assist partner restaurants in setting up online delivery stores on our platform and provide training for managing their online business operations.
  • Offer professional solutions for merchants' takeout business operations, assist merchants in increasing their turnover, and achieve win-win cooperation with us.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with partner restaurants to maintain strong customer relationships and coordinate with various departments to resolve daily inquiries.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in English as a working language; basic English reading and writing skills required, along with proficiency in using office software.
  • Strong business negotiation and market development skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and drive business partnerships.
  • Honesty, integrity, excellent communication, execution, and collaboration skills, as well as a strong sense of teamwork.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, resilience, and a willingness to take on challenges with an altruistic mindset.
  • Primarily involves on-site visits to negotiate and provide services directly to merchants.
