Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading customer journey workshops and developing customer journey blueprints. Your expertise will ensure that these blueprints are aligned with business strategies, driving growth and improvement across the board.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain customer journeys based on new initiatives or strategies to drive results and enhance the customer experience.
  • Host interactive customer journey workshops, utilizing design thinking principles to test, learn, and iterate towards excellence.
  • Create detailed customer journey blueprints to facilitate seamless communication with downstream partners, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, business, or a related field, along with postgraduate studies in business, innovation, product development, data analytics, or a related field. Desired skills include experience in product and customer experience development, VoC analysis, and luxury market products.

Competencies required include strategic agility, thinking customer, driving results, and business acumen. Proficiency in English is essential, with Spanish or Portuguese proficiency being highly desirable.
