About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team at LHR Américas. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and executing mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on potential targets, including financial analysis and commercial evaluation.
  • Develop and execute business plans, including negotiation strategies and commercial terms.
  • Manage all aspects of transaction execution, including stakeholder management and project coordination.
  • Provide administrative direction and personnel management to assigned Business Development Analysts.
  • Support law department in anti-trust clearance activities and internal proponent organizations in post-acquisition integration activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business, or Finance from a recognized international program.
  • At least 10-15 years of experience in business development, including 5 years of experience in joint venture transactions.
  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is advantageous.
  • Strong joint venture development background, with experience in financial valuation and modeling, due diligence, commercial negotiations, and transaction structuring.
What We Offer
  • Competitive monthly base salary.
  • Monthly overbase of 25% of monthly base salary.
  • Benefits supplement of 20% of monthly base salary, increasing to 25% after 3 years, 30% after 6 years, and 35% after 12 years.
  • Severance package with a 2-year vest period.
  • Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) with a maximum purchase equal to 10% of monthly base pay.
  • Incentive plan based on performance, with an approximate value of 1.8x monthly base salary.
  • Travel allowance of approximately $8,200 per household member 11+ years old residing in Saudi Arabia and $6,000 per household member under 11 years old.
  • Vacation and paid holidays, including 38 vacation days, 4 travel days, and 11-13 paid holidays.
  • Complimentary in-Kingdom Johns Hopkins medical care and facilities for employee and eligible family members.
  • Educational Assistance Plan (EAP) with out-of-Kingdom assistance of 90% of expenses, up to a maximum of 5x monthly base salary or the company max ($48.5K).
  • Settling in allowance of one-time payment, with 100% of monthly base salary for family status and 60% for single/bachelor status.
