Job Summary

This role is responsible for handling hotel reservations and providing excellent customer service to guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of hotel products and services, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services and amenities to promote them effectively.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Process reservations and amendments efficiently and accurately.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role or in guest services/tele-marketing.
  • Excellent English language skills and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
