Job Summary
This role is responsible for handling hotel reservations and providing excellent customer service to guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of hotel products and services, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services and amenities to promote them effectively.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Process reservations and amendments efficiently and accurately.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role or in guest services/tele-marketing.
- Excellent English language skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
