This exciting role plays a strategic part in driving trade marketing initiatives in Brazil, with a focus on unlocking growth in the Northeast region. The ideal candidate will be able to bring regional insights and innovative ideas to support the trade marketing plan.

  • Support the trade marketing strategy by working closely with internal teams and external partners to identify opportunities within the Events Channel.
  • Translate regional insights into high-impact activations, ensuring efforts are aligned with national strategy but tailored to the region's unique characteristics.
  • Act as the main contact within the Trade Marketing team to support the sales team, working closely with Regional Managers and Sales Representatives.
  • Monitor brand performance through data analysis from key events, supporting decision-making and updating the Channel Dashboard monthly.

The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering results-driven initiatives.

">Key Responsibilities

The following are some of the key responsibilities associated with this role:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth in the Northeast region, leveraging the power of the Events Channel.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including the events database and Channel Dashboard.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a creative approach to challenges, and a commitment to fostering a collaborative culture.

">Requirements

The following are some of the key requirements for this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communication.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or trade marketing roles.
  • Intermediate Excel skills, budget management, and basic marketing knowledge.

It is also essential that the successful candidate has excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to work, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
