The Client Solutions Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business success by fostering strategic client partnerships and serving as an expert in platform, products, media strategy, and measurement for top advertisers.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee account operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to project manage complex workstreams
- Drive proactive media & measurement strategies, implementation, and optimizations to boost performance and investments
- Develop and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners
- Act as a product & insights expert, identifying and implementing marketing solutions that drive measurable business results
- Craft narratives and recommendations pairing custom insights with innovative ideas for presentations to senior business stakeholders
- Design experimentation initiatives, develop experiment tracking, analyze results, and present recommendations
