Global People Development Manager

We are a global leader in the manufacturing of construction and mining equipment, off-highway diesel and natural gas engines, industrial gas turbines, and diesel-electric locomotives.
As Regional HR Manager at Caterpillar Inc., you will be part of a team of makers, problem solvers, and future world builders who create stronger, more sustainable communities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement the regional People Strategy, aligned with the Global Cat Financial People Strategy.
- Collaborate with Managing Directors, Country Managers, and the HR team to achieve the goals of the People Strategy.
- Provide guidance to the Vice President on HR issues arising at various facilities and propose action plans to resolve them.
- Lead the region's HR Consultants in the administration and implementation of HR practices, policies, and activities.
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience, including 4 years managerial experience
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is also required)
Around 15% to 20% travel to the Latin America region is expected.
