We're seeking an ambitious Customer Acquisition Specialist to join our team

As a Customer Acquisition Specialist, you'll report directly to our Director of Partnerships and be responsible for managing operational inputs of the sales process. You'll oversee day-to-day CRM functions, schedule calls with new business opportunities, and assist with developing sales collateral. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in building and implementing core processes and infrastructures
- Maintaining current infrastructures such as Notion, Drive, Slack, etc.
- Executing company-wide initiatives and operational projects
- Building sales decks and procedures
- Overseeing management of Hubspot CRM
- Facilitating conversations with ecosystem partners
- Representing the company at conferences and events, engaging with potential partners.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors Degree in Communications or similar, 2+ years managing partnerships in the DTC ecosystem (agency experience preferred), experience working within CRMs (Hubspot preferred), and a strong interpersonal skillset with the ability to integrate into fast-paced sales environments.
