Xfinity Retail Sales Consultant

We are seeking a sales consultant to assist and consult with customers on our products and services. This role involves working with moderate supervision and being accountable for individual results and impact on the team.

  • This sales consultant will passionately represent our products and services, sharing and demonstrating product and sales know-how with customers. They will provide product demonstrations to educate customers on full product capabilities.
  • The ideal candidate will take a customer-first approach with all customer interactions, listening and evaluating customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Achieving sales and customer experience goals and objectives is crucial in this role.
  • Comprehensive customer onboarding activities and ensuring customers fully understand how to use and manage all company products/services are also essential.
  • This role involves performing operational and administrative tasks, partnering with customer care to resolve customer issues, and consistently demonstrating sales excellence and professionalism.

Benefits:

  • Base Pay: $18.00 per hour.
  • Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $25.69 per hour.
  • A potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.

Other Requirements:

  • High School Diploma / GED (Required).
  • 2-5 Years of Relevant Work Experience.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, variable schedules, and overtime as needed.
  • Must be able to carry and lift up to 25-pound boxes, stand, and move about the store constantly.
