Job Title: Charitable Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a skilled Charitable Partnerships Manager to lead our philanthropic efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to cultivate relationships with donors, foundations, and corporate partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute annual fundraising plans, focusing on major gifts, foundation grants, and corporate sponsorships.
  • Cultivate and steward relationships with high-net-worth individuals, foundations, and corporate partners.
  • Research and identify new funding opportunities, ensuring alignment with our mission and goals.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director to develop and implement donor engagement strategies, including events, communications, and recognition programs.
  • Manage the development budget, tracking expenses and ensuring effective use of resources.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to inform our philanthropic strategy.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as non-profit management, business, or philanthropy, and at least 5 years of experience in fundraising or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in securing major gifts, foundation grants, and corporate sponsorships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Other Information:

Please note that this position requires hours of work during normal operating hours. Travel is primarily during the business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.

Must be able to pass a Level I background check (a Level II background may also be required).
