Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively prioritize and manage a pipeline of merchants to consistently meet/exceed quarterly targets.
  • Work closely with merchants, educating them about high standards of delivery and customer experience.
  • Recommend shipping solutions to enhance seller and customer experience.
  • Guide sellers on best practices for improving key inputs like selection, shipping, pricing, and catalog quality.
  • Understand your categories to spot trends, seasonal items, and competitive pricing to tailor your pitch and advice to merchants.
  • Track and report development results, analysis, interpret reports and information for your portfolio of merchants.
Requirements:
  • Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies.
  • Intermediate to Advanced English.
  • Professional Experience.
