About the Role

You will develop and grow key accounts by conducting outbound sales to businesses that would benefit from our services. Your objective is to manage and close key sales deals, help us define and execute our sales acquisition strategy; identify key sales channels and establish pivotal business partnerships; implement automated, optimized and scalable sales processes; identify key corporate and customer needs.


Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Respond to incoming sales inquiries and handle requests from our online sales channels;
  • Manage and close sales deals with leads coming from our main distribution channels;
  • Communicate value propositions to corporate clients, attending their needs and requirements
  • Cultivate business relationships with key corporate decision-makers (i.e. HR, Procurement, Travel Managers, Global Mobility, Office Managers).
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing enterprise clients
  • Maintain an active line of communication with other internal teams at our company.
  • Identify key customer needs and work closely with CX and Quality Control team to implement them;
  • Proactively manage the daily pipeline in our CRM;
  • Flexibility to work in night shifts;
  • Be entrepreneurial, not be afraid to get your hands dirty

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A track record in corporate sales and account management in fast-growing companies, managing sales and handling customer support;
  • Previously experience in Hospitality sales market and prop tech startups will be a plus;
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills, with an ability to clearly summarize our value proposition
  • Account management skills and customer-centric attitude
  • Ability to use and understand CRM
  • Posses a network that you can use to connect with relevant companies and skills to grow your network;
  • Customer first mindset and closing mindset with a sense of urgency
  • Fluent / Advanced in English.
