About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Team Supervisor to lead our sales team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Bilingual Team Leader, you'll be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to achieve high levels of performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead sales teams through coaching, mentoring, and motivating using proven sales and leadership skills.
  • Develop key performance metrics and dashboards to drive sales performance.
  • Drive high levels of performance from sales teams while modeling and instilling TTEC and client values.
  • Build lasting customer relationships and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Develop sales strategies to meet sales goals and reduce customer cancellations.
  • Analyze business goals, customer, and agent data to identify areas for continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Advanced or fluent English.
  • Bachelor's degree (completed).
  • Good communication, proactivity, relationship, and strong leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated success in previous experiences with a proven ability to define, refine, and implement successful sales processes.
  • Proven track record in motivating and leading a team.
  • Ability to compile sophisticated analysis of complex data and translate results into actionable deliverables.
