Job Title: Sales Junior Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Jr Sales Manager to join our Internal/Field Sales Team in Curitiba and Recife. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong ability to collaborate and contribute to our team's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- External Performance:
- Promote and maintain long-term relationships with clients, serving as a link between them and internal teams.
- Acquire a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements, aligned with knowledge of buyers, categories, and the market.
- Negotiate contracts, promotional plans, and innovations through the execution of marketing strategies and messages, working together with internal areas.
- Prepare forecasts of volumes, plans, and metrics for analysis of Sales data.
- Manage customer payments and financial planning.
- Sales Strategy (Internal Performance):
- Develop business strategies related to scaled needs, generating insights into behavior, trends, correlations, and suggesting action plans when necessary.
- Acquire a deep understanding of the needs and requirements of the channel/category, aligned with knowledge of the main stakeholders in the market.
- Make trade strategies and sales fundamentals for a channel/brand.
- Prepare volume forecasting and financial planning according to the metrics and general objectives of the Company/Channel/brand.
- Translate and communicate internal strategies into commercial plans and initiatives.
- Maintain relationships and serve as a bridge between field and internal teams.
Requirements:
- Higher education degree.
- Previous experience in Sales, with active relationships with customers.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Intermediate/advanced Office suite skills, particularly in Excel.
- Desirable knowledge in Power BI and Knime.
- Active Driver's License.
- Availability to reside in the place of vacancy or willingness to relocate.
- Mobility to move within Brazil throughout your career.
Work Environment: Full-time position.
