Role Overview
We're looking for an experienced sales leader to join our Sales Management team in Brazil. As a Team Lead of Enterprise Sales, you'll be responsible for managing our enterprise salesforce in Brazil, driving growth, and scaling our organization to meet our targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a part of our Sales Team in Brazil, reporting into the Head of Sales
- Scale the organization to meet our growth targets and capture demand across segments, verticals, and offerings
- Get hands-on involved in strategic deals, managing executive relationships, and helping the team close deals
- Become a critical member of the Brazil Management Team, working with counterparts in Account Management, Marketing, and Product to achieve our mission
- Be a purposeful and empathetic change agent, embracing our unique sales approach and bringing a fresh perspective on how we can operate at scale
Requirements
- A senior leader with experience scaling sales organizations and owning commercial success in a region
- Extensive experience in Enterprise B2B sales with long sales cycles and high-touch consultative approaches
- Experience with transactional volume-based commercial models and maintaining senior executive relationships
- Data-driven decision-making and a pragmatic approach to sales and team management
- Full professional proficiency in English and Portuguese
