About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and motivated leader to join our Sales Management team. As a Team Lead, you'll be responsible for managing our enterprise salesforce in Brazil, driving scale and execution to meet our growth targets.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a part of our Sales Team in Brazil, reporting into the Head of Sales.
  • Scale the organization to meet our growth targets and capture demand across segments, verticals, and offerings.
  • Get hands-on involved in the largest, most strategic deals, managing executive relationships and helping the team close deals.
  • Become a critical member of the Brazil Management Team, working with counterparts in Account Management, Marketing, and Product to achieve our mission in the region.

What We're Looking For

  • A senior leader comfortable scaling the Sales organization further in the coming years and end-to-end owning the commercial success of the region.
  • Extensive experience working in an Enterprise B2B context with long sales cycles and high-touch, consultative sales approaches.
  • Experience with transactional volume-based commercial models and maintaining senior executive relationships at large Enterprise prospects.
  • Data-driven decision-making and a pragmatic approach to sales and team management.
  • Full professional proficiency in English and Portuguese.
