O Instituto Brasileiro de Tráfego Online LTDA. está procurando por um profissional experiente em experiência do cliente para se juntar ao nosso time.

Funções e responsabilidades
  • Analisar dados quantitativos e qualitativos relacionados à experiência do cliente;
  • Identificar áreas de oportunidade para melhorar a experiência do cliente, com base nos insights coletados;
  • Desenvolver e implementar métodos eficazes de coleta de feedback do cliente, incluindo pesquisas, entrevistas, análise de mídias sociais e outros canais de comunicação;
  • Atuar como ponte junto as diversas áreas da empresa, buscando por meio de melhoria de processos, políticas, comunicação, interfaces ou inovação, resolver as dores do cliente mapeadas na monitoria de qualidade;
Requisitos
  • Graduação em Administração, Marketing ou áreas relacionadas;
  • Experiência avançada em Customer Experience;
  • Conhecimento em Ferramentas de pesquisa de qualidade do atendimento;
  • Fortes habilidades organizacionais e de gestão de tempo;
  • Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Organizado e com flexibilidade para lidar com as adversidades;
