The infrastructure team is responsible for managing the systems that support various industries such as transportation, energy, insurance, banking, and healthcare. As a member of this team, you will be working with the latest technologies and tools to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our customers and products.

Your Role and Responsibilities

">

As an Infrastructure Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to monitor and control the operation of mainframe hardware and software. You will work closely with experienced operators to ensure the health and normal operation of the systems.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

">
  • Starting and stopping system tasks">
  • Monitoring the system consoles for unusual conditions">
  • Working with the system programming and production control staff to ensure the smooth operation of the systems">
  • Making sure that batch workloads run to completion without error or delay">
  • Analyzing first-level problems for all systems and resolving or routing them as appropriate">
">

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A technical background in IT infrastructure and operational systems">
  • Customer relationship skills">
  • Availability to work on the 3rd Shift (12:00 AM to 9:00 AM) including alternate weekends">
  • Competence in spoken and written English">
  • Relevant certifications or training in areas such as JCL, REXX, Python, SQL, and other relevant technologies">
