In this role, you will be working closely with our Partner Success Center of Excellence, an integral part of our Partner Ecosystem Success initiative. You'll support the development and delivery of strategies that focus on aligning customer goals with product adoption.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the creation of new and existing strategies that drive business outcomes and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Build relationships between SAP Labs Latin America sites and their relevant stakeholders, leaders, and decision-makers.
  • Develop lists of partner contacts to include in outreach efforts and drive more adoption and consumption in our indirect customer installed base.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate feedback is reflected in our systems.
  • Analyze customer insights and optimize operations using AI tools.
  • Create high-quality presentations for management and QBR meetings.
  • Assist the management team with administrative tasks such as communication, PMO, coordinating events, meetings, or workshops.
