Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Process Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing and administering an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data integrity and process efficiency.

About the Role

The Recruitment Process Manager will partner with cross-department colleagues to recommend scalable and efficient process improvements. They will own, drive, and test updates to the ATS and recruiting tech stack to maximize ease of use, compliance, data integrity, and recruiting analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize and administer the ATS to ensure data integrity and process efficiency.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to recommend process improvements.
  • Develop and implement updates to the ATS and recruiting tech stack.
  • Provide ad hoc support to key stakeholders on various topics.
  • Design, organize, and conduct regular audits to ensure data quality and influence behavior to result in system accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of related experience developing or enhancing systems and processes at scale.
  • Understanding of the recruiting lifecycle and process, including how to optimize it for efficiency and quality using technology and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and creative thinking skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret business requirements into executable plans.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
