About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Alpha Talent Solutions. As a key member of our corporate services division, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with their day-to-day needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support to our clients, responding to their requests in a timely and professional manner;
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition;
  • Manage the opening and closure of bank accounts, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance;
  • Perform general corporate administration duties, including maintaining company registers and drafting resolutions;
  • Develop and maintain an organized filing system, ensuring easy access to client information;
  • Support senior staff with company incorporation and annual maintenance tasks;
  • Liaise with the Malta Business Registry and other relevant authorities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Attend client meetings with senior members of the team to provide support and guidance.

Requirements

  • Possess a professional qualification or formal training in a relevant area of study;
  • Have a good understanding of Maltese company law, although this is not a necessity;
  • Some experience working in a similar role would be an asset, but not a requirement;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues;
  • Be flexible and able to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines;
  • Have a good knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
