Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Performance Specialist to join our team at Talenses Sao Paulo Consultoria em Recursos Humanos Ltda. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction by managing existing and new customer relationships, selling Dow products and solutions, and identifying new opportunities for unmet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Account Planning and Management: Develop and share account plans with stakeholders, using account planning tools, margin management tools, and electronic technology.
  2. Sales Forecasting and Goal Setting: Produce sales forecasts and define annual, value-creating goals consistent with long-term business strategy.
  3. Relationship Building and Customer Engagement: Develop and build relationships with internal and external customers and influencers, recognizing, anticipating, and solving customer problems resulting in business opportunities and revenue growth.
  4. Sales Performance and Territory Management: Achieve sales goals and objectives in assigned territory as derived by business strategies and marketing plans, possessing a thorough knowledge of assigned Dow products and targeted applications.
  5. Customer Needs Analysis and Dow Solution Selling: Understand and proactively analyze customer's product and service needs, industry, and business, selling to direct, indirect (distributors), and internal clients of varying sizes and needs.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree
  2. Skills: Solid interpersonal, networking, teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills, curious and digital savvy
  3. Travel: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for customer visits
