Job Overview

We seek an accomplished Talent Sourcing Specialist to spearhead recruitment efforts, develop talent pipelines for high-volume hiring, and collaborate with College Relations channels to attract entry-level talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with stakeholders to design and implement national talent management strategies, incorporating social media platforms and creative sourcing techniques to generate qualified candidate pools
  • Engage candidates and internal partners throughout the recruiting and selection process, providing coaching and advice to influence action and decision-making
Qualifications and Requirements
  • 2-5 years of full life cycle corporate or agency recruitment experience
  • Bachelor's degree or related experience, including a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices
  • Excellent networking skills and established connections in the field
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environments, driving efficiency and scalability
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
  • Ability to analyze data, identify key performance indicators, and provide actionable insights to inform strategic decisions
