We are seeking a skilled recruitment professional to join our team and help us attract top talent in the healthcare industry.

This role is perfect for someone who has experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar field and is looking for a new challenge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing recruiting strategies to identify and engage with qualified candidates.

Your primary goal will be to build relationships with schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders to generate interest in our company's job opportunities. You will also be responsible for screening and coordinating interview processes with department managers to ensure that candidates meet our requirements.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships at all levels
  • Familiarity with recruitment metrics and data analysis
