We are looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to connect top LATAM talent with U.S. companies.
This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities who can work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with client teams to source and pre-qualify candidates
- Screen candidate profiles and assess interest/availability via calls and emails
- Keep databases updated (Dynamics, Recruiter)
- Draft and update job descriptions and role specifications
- Identify talent from job boards, databases, referrals, and online platforms
- Schedule and conduct candidate interviews independently
- Support the team with administrative recruitment tasks
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Fluent English (C1) – excellent written and spoken communication
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Computer setup suitable for remote work + high-speed internet
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Familiarity with Recruiter, Dynamics, or other ATS tools
- Ability to handle both high-volume and hard-to-fill positions
