Talent Acquisition Specialist Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to find qualified candidates for various positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure job requirements are met and the hiring process is smooth.
  • Lead and manage the candidate experience, providing timely and constructive feedback.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
Essential Qualifications
  • Up to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, focusing on Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other business roles.
  • Proven ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and tailor recruitment strategies.
  • Proficient in modern sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Experience in a dynamic or startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM/ATS platforms to enhance recruitment processes.
  • Strong understanding of employer branding and community engagement strategies.
