We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Professional to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small team, coaching and mentoring team members, and setting clear objectives for team performance. They will also represent the TA team as part of the wider People Team, acting as a bridge between the TA team and senior leadership. Furthermore, they will contribute to a collaborative, high-performing, and accountable team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of open roles across multiple functions and regions.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, including job briefings, sourcing, candidate assessment, and offer processes.
- Partner with hiring managers to advise on recruitment strategy, structured interviews, and role scoping.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A minimum of 6 years experience as a recruiter for an internal team, ideally in a high volume environment.
- Proven experience in people leadership, coaching, and providing feedback as a team lead or senior individual contributor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in data interpretation and reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for partnering with senior leadership.
- Comfortable setting objectives, reviewing progress, and enhancing team performance.
