**Job Summary**
We're looking for an analytical professional to fill the role of Associate Solution Support. This position involves resolving critical system issues, analyzing complex problems, and delivering solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve critical system issues for our customers.
- Analyze complex problems and provide effective solutions in production environments.
- Expand knowledge of assigned products through continuous learning.
- Create and share Knowledge Base Articles used by customers and colleagues.
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues worldwide.
- Maintain expertise in SAP software used globally.
Key Qualifications:
- University degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills (written and oral).
- Diagnostic and technical analysis skills.
- Ability to assess, plan, and troubleshoot customer issues.
- Knowledge of databases, operating systems, or object-oriented programming (Java, C++, ABAP).
- Experience working with customers and previous internship experience are assets.
