Job Overview

This role offers the opportunity to take on a leadership position and drive sales performance across diverse product lines.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the Pro Shop and Demo Center, ensuring seamless execution of store tasks and activities.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive operational procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain accountability for store performance metrics and operational KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
Team Leadership:
  • Lead by example, setting the standard for professionalism and guest experience through positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard retail sales associates and seasonal staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
