
Regional Revenue Growth and Analytics Professional

Join a dynamic team in a leading organization as we seek a skilled Revenue Growth Manager to drive strategic projects across Latin America.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute price execution strategies for Latin America, collaborating with commercial and finance teams to provide data-driven insights.
- Manage profitability variables, ensuring accurate data governance and maintenance across the region.
- Lead local RGM teams in annual Business Plan process and planning cycles review, focusing on price increase forecasts.
- Deliver solutions to evolve our commercial approach, reduce operational complexity, and improve revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Financial Planning, preferably working with Sales business partners and/or revenue management/Pricing is desirable.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to navigate ambiguity, set assumptions, and summarize recommendations for different audiences.
- Experience with reports & analysis, planning process, and ad hoc presentations for business leaders.
- Ability to connect and influence multiple stakeholders, resilient in handling fluid environmental changes and business complexity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Advanced Excel (Power Query, Pivot), Power BI proficiency.
- Fluent English skills (presentations, listening, and written); Spanish is a plus.
