Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead our Revenue Growth Management initiatives across the region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive results-oriented growth strategies by embedding best practices and processes.
  • Lead and coordinate the implementation of RGM initiatives across clusters, ensuring delivery of incremental revenue growth.
  • Expand RGM reach to all levels of commercial and marketing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
  • Create a regional network for ad-hoc RGM projects, identifying opportunities and developing action plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 4-7 years of experience in FMCG and multinational companies.
  • Solid experience in Revenue Growth Management or related strategic areas, combining financial and commercial acumen with analytical expertise.
  • Process management experience, designing improvements and driving disciplined delivery.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to coordinate complex projects and ensure deliverables meet scope and budget requirements.
  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, or Finance.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
