Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage automation flows in the CRM to nurture leads and retain customers
  • Develop and send monthly email and SMS campaigns to drive sales and communicate the brand's calendar, new products, and offers
  • Define and execute inbound marketing strategies to attract and qualify leads
  • Draw up an email funnel strategy, establish a process of continuous analysis of its performance, and guarantee optimizations are always made when needed
  • Analyze and segment audiences to personalize communications, offers, and best touchpoints considering their place in the funnel
  • Understand the American wellness and fitness landscape and identify trends, movements, and the best formats for the email strategy
  • Collaborate with the Paid Media team to optimize lead generation and guarantee top-of-funnel success, optimizing website Pop-ups, conversion Landing Pages, and overall strategies
