Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute a tailored sales approach for client portfolios.
  • Participate in networking events and corporate functions to enhance business relationships.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Assist in organizing client training sessions.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with accreditation organizations.
  • Contribute to social media engagement and bidding strategies.
  • Collaborate with the broader commercial team as needed.
  • Support marketing initiatives when required.
  • Uphold a professional corporate image consistently.
  • Travel as necessary to engage with clients.
  • Perform any additional sales-related tasks as needed.

Success Metrics:

  • Achieve annual sales targets as outlined for client portfolios.
  • Effectively execute the sales strategy.
  • Gather feedback from commercial clients.
  • Ensure collaboration and support across departments.
  • Maintain a close partnership with the Operations Department to facilitate seamless sales delivery.
  • Work closely with the Finance Department to ensure timely invoicing and payment processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience in B2B sales or training operations is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • A degree in administration, business, or finance is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, customer-focused, ambitious, and well-organized.
