Job Title: Professional Services Leader - Latin America

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Professional Services Leader to oversee the delivery of projects in Latin America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and growing a team of consultants across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services to clients.
  2. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
  3. Drive performance management, career development, and skills enhancement initiatives to ensure team members are equipped to meet client needs.

Technical Expertise:
You will have deep knowledge of our solutions, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), transaction monitoring, and sanctions screening. You will provide hands-on guidance and troubleshooting for complex technical implementations and stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in cloud and compliance.

Operational Excellence:
You will define and implement best practices, methodologies, and standards for Professional Services delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and client success, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in service quality and operational efficiency. Develop and maintain capacity planning forecasts to ensure resource availability, optimize team utilization, and support scalable growth across the region.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Professional Services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong technical background in cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premise infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect).
  • Experience working in a global matrix organization.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Willingsness to travel across LATAM (up to 15%).
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
