We are seeking a professional, experienced and motivated Food & Beverage Manager to join our team in Northern KZN.
- Ensure the highest standards of F&B day-to-day operations are maintained.
- Deliver excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
- Develop exceptional food and beverage menus, source goods and continuously improve processes.
- Anticipate customer needs and proactively respond to their concerns.
- Ensure the appropriate ambiance is maintained in all F&B areas at all times.
- Lead the F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.
- Provide staff training and rostering.
- Maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Oversee regular stock take processes.
- Proven Food & Beverage Management experience in a 4/5 star hotel.
- Degree or similar in Food Service Management or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of the food industry and up to date with food and beverage trends and best practices.
- Strong leadership skills from organisational, delegation, problem-solving to communication skills.
- Able to develop and innovate in the F&B department.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, Micros, Opera).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Patient and possesses good training skills.
