**Key Responsibilities:**
- Analyze complex problems and provide effective solutions to customers
- Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with internal teams to resolve defects and missing product functionality
- Develop and document technical solutions for internal and external knowledge bases
- Liaise with Engineering, Product Management, and Operations teams to ensure seamless product delivery
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Fluency in English to a business standard
- Familiarity with general IT concepts, Cloud technologies, and business processes
- Strong team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
