Product Support Specialist, Tripit

**Transform Travel Experiences**
TripIt, a consumer travel app by SAP Concur, empowers travelers to stay organized and in control. Our vision is to simplify every trip, for every frequent traveler.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Identify and report bugs to collaborate with Product and Engineering for fixes and enhancements.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to TripIt, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Develop a deep understanding of TripIt's features and functionalities to effectively assist users and provide accurate information.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of product support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
Gather and report user feedback to the product and development teams to help improve the overall user experience.
Work closely with other teams, including product, PR, engineering, and marketing, to ensure a cohesive and positive user experience.
**Requirements**:
A genuine passion for helping customers and providing excellent customer service.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey technical information in an understandable manner.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently and effectively, working independently and researching solutions under close to moderate supervision.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive work environment.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changes and challenges.
**Ideal Candidate**:
Previous experience in a technical and/or end-user support role is preferred. Familiarity with travel management tools or platforms is a plus. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
