We're seeking a skilled and empathetic Support Specialist to join our team. As a Support Specialist, you will provide exceptional customer service, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and work closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients on the use of various products, services, and solutions
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate incidents to the appropriate support level
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality support and services
- Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and experience
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems
- Experience with Help Desk support and customer service
- Availability to work varied shifts and schedules, including remote work arrangements
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles
- Advanced proficiency in English or Spanish (we have opportunities for global client support)
