Key Business Development Manager Job in LatAm

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth and strengthen our relationships with integrators in LatAm.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of influencing leadership decisions, managing programs across teams, and negotiating legal agreements. They will be responsible for building partnerships, monitoring key metrics, and supporting commercial initiatives to grow the 3P business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage integrator relationships to drive sustainable development.
  • Oversee technical development of Amazon features through partners.
  • Manage product roadmaps, address roadblocks, and report to stakeholders.
  • Maintain a stable and secure technical environment.
  • Structure and monitor initiatives with integrators and technical teams.
  • Communicate key issues with internal and external teams.
  • Understand seller experience and technical integrations.
  • Negotiate and execute business agreements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage release schedules.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or related field.
  • Experience influencing leadership decisions and managing programs across teams.
  • Ability to interpret data and make business recommendations.
  • Experience negotiating legal agreements and leading technology transformation initiatives.
