People Operations Manager Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to explore and help shape the future culture of our organization. The People Operations Manager will work closely with our leadership team to manage day-to-day people and program operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent management and employee experience: Collaborate with global program managers to match core consulting talent with opportunities within the organization (e.g., short-term assignments, 6-12 month rotations, and full-time roles). Develop programming and coaching structures to ensure an overall positive experience. Facilitate placement of any individuals wishing to join the organization permanently after a rotation.
  • Career and professional development: Work with our leadership and Program Manager/People Operations Manager to refine and scale review/performance processes and lead pilots of new processes as needed. Create formal feedback mechanisms beyond the once a year review process. Evaluate need for some form of ratings and/or promotion calibration process with HR enablement. Evaluate and refresh the current review form. Train leaders on feedback norms.

What You'll Do:

  • The role will report directly to the Head of Strategy and Talent.
  • Work closely with the Program Manager for all of our New Ventures.
