As the pace of digital transformation accelerates, mastering cybersecurity has become a strategic imperative for businesses. The threats are multifaceted, ranging from individual transactions to entire ecosystems.
About This RoleThis position plays a pivotal role in driving the growth of Mastercard's cybersecurity business. As the profit and loss owner for Cybersecurity within the division, you will lead the strategic development and commercial success of the cybersecurity business, fostering revenue through direct sales engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and oversee the go-to-market operating model for the division.
- Define a collaborative operating model with clear joint account coverage.
- Connect sales and solution-based learning teams under a unified Mastercard Cyber narrative and sales process.
- Coordinate internal execution across teams: facilitate key client introductions across businesses and cross-sell opportunities between risk and relationship management teams.
- Oversee sales enablement, especially for solution-based learning teams (sales collateral, pitch decks, training, pipeline visibility).
- Align product, sales, customer success, and marketing teams around launches and revenue goals.
- Specialist cyber sales: end-to-end ownership of sales, with focus on consulting bundles.
- Recorded Future and Risk Recon referrals for Mastercard managed accounts.
- Identify issues, take improvement actions, and communicate progress.
- Report clearly on commercial integration progress; track lead funnel health and conversion efficiency; advise on integration risks.
- Success will be measured by sales performance, client impact, and contribution to the expansion of Mastercard's cybersecurity solutions footprint.
