At the heart of every successful organization is a team of skilled professionals who drive its growth and success. The Senior People Manager supports the commercial function in the country, serving as a strategic advisor to help achieve business objectives.

About the Role
  • Serve as a key stakeholder to support business objectives and company people strategy and programs in alignment with regional and global people strategy and guidelines.
  • Conduct talent acquisition efforts for continued team growth while maintaining alignment with regional and corporate guidance.
  • Support, develop, and implement corporate training and development programs to drive employee performance and business outcomes.

The position reports directly to the Senior People Director for the International Region and collaborates closely with leaders in Commercial and all functions in the region.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in administrative fields or psychology.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in human resources areas, with at least 5 years as a business partner, and expertise in all human resources sub-processes.
  • Strategic vision, results-oriented mindset, and excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Collaboration, teamwork, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proactivity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.

Experience in people management and development is highly desirable.
