Our organization is seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Management (CRM) professional to oversee Reactivation initiatives. This role will drive significant growth and revenue for our company.
We're looking for a results-driven individual who can develop and implement strategies to maximize re-engagement conversions and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in CRM program scaling and lifecycle journey optimization.
The selected candidate will lead cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Engineering, and Analytics, to design and improve the user experience for dormant leads across all reactivation efforts. They will also manage existing campaigns and trigger flows to achieve maximum re-engagement conversion and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and continuously improving the user experience for dormant leads
- Managing existing campaigns and trigger flows to maximize re-engagement conversion and revenue growth
- Proposing new channels and triggers based on research to drive higher reactivation success
- Staying current on trends and sharing insights to help the team evolve and improve
Required skills and qualifications include:
- 4+ years of experience in CRM or Lifecycle Marketing
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
- Native or bilingual level of English
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., STEM, Economics)
